Before Brandywine, Bill spent over 30 years in the defined contribution and 401(k) marketplace, specializing in institutional sales, marketing, and product development. His career included 20 years with a bank-provided 401(k) platform offering both fully bundled and DCIO funds, where he served as Senior Vice President for First Union's institutional mutual funds, managing relationships for a platform exceeding $100 billion in assets. He later joined John W. Henry & Company to develop their institutional client base, successfully pivoting to the retail financial advisor space and raising over $2 billion in assets with Merrill Lynch in less than three years.
